Ingredients
  

  • 2-4 boneless chicken breast
  • 3 shallots, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh rosemary, chopped no stems
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • Kosher salt and ground black pepper, to taste

  • 10" Non stick skillet

Method
 

  1. Season breasts with salt & pepper. Press
 shallots and rosemary firmly onto breasts.
 Flip breasts an repeat process.

  2. Add 1 tbsp oil to a medium size nonstick skillet on med high heat. Add breast an cook for 2-3 minutes, take a thong to check midway cooking.
  3. Flip chicken breast an cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until there is a nice golden brown crust.
  4. Remove from flame, add wine, cook in a oven at 300 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until 160 F. Let rest for 10 minutes to come to 165 temperature.
