- Preheat oven to 425˚F with oven rack in top third of oven. Add oil to a cast iron skillet an rub the entire bottom or line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add all ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk together, set aside. Season the salmon with salt and pepper, place in large shallow container. Spoon and spread 3/4 marinate to salmon. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Add salmon to a skillet/pan, add green beans, cherry tomatoes. Drizzle olive oil over greens, season with salt and black pepper.
- Bake at 425 F for 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature is 140 F.
