- Preheat oven to 325 F
- Chop lettuce an clean in a large bowl of cold water for 1 minutes. Pat dry with paper towels or use a salad spinner. Set aside.
- Season chicken breast with sea salt & black pepper. Add oil to pan over medium high heat. Add chicken, cook for 2-3 middles on each side. Place in a oven proof pan, cook for15 minutes. Allow to sit for 5 minutes to cool.
- Slice chicken, combine with barbecue sauce, set aside.
- Arrange chopped lettuce on a large pat or platter, place chicken in the center. Add remaining ingredients on the platter/plate.
- Serve with ranch or your favorite dressing. Enjoy!
